Trevor who has had a marvellous 43 years with the Victorian Railways and his lovely wife Irene have enjoyed our fresh home made scones with jam and cream for breakfast. Easy recipe – sift 1 cup SR flour mix with 1/2 cup of lemonade and 1/2 cup cream, kneed, cut into scones, brush with cream and bake in 220degree oven until cooked. Serve hot with jam and whipped cream.
Our stay at La Casa Rosa Bed & Breakfast was an experience we wish to repeat whenever we come to Perth. Hats off to Rose and Michael for offering such a jewel so close to Perth city.
